Data Processing Agreement

When you use RevChat to process personal data of your website visitors and contacts, you act as the data controller and Rev Platform acts as the data processor. This DPA forms part of our Terms of Service.

We process personal data only to provide the RevChat service: operating the chat widget, routing conversations, syncing with HubSpot, and logging activity. We process data in accordance with your documented instructions.

We engage vetted subprocessors for hosting, infrastructure, and analytics. We maintain a current list of subprocessors and will provide notice of material changes so you can object where applicable.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

Where personal data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure an adequate level of protection.
